Shannon Ostransky

Registered Dental Hygienist

When you come to Nye Avenue Dental, you'll immediately recognize Shannon's contagious laugh!  You will appreciate the way she takes her time getting to know you personally.  She listens, educates, and encourages everyone she meets. Shannon has been a dental hygienist for 20 years, 8 of them with Nye Avenue Dental.  She also served as the president for the Lincoln Dental Hygiene Association for 4 years.  

Originally from Potter, NE, Shannon now lives in Fremont with her husband Mark and their 2 children. They stay busy with their businesses, Mark of Excellence and event tent rentals. 

When she's not in the office filling the walls with laughter, Shannon loves to spend time with her family. You can also find her volunteering at her kids' school, gardening, reading, traveling, enjoying sports or participating in a half marathon. 

Sara Kellogg

Registered Dental Hygienist

You will appreciate Sara's gentle touch and spirit when she cleans your teeth.  Her attention to detail will impress you from the first time you see her.  She has been a dental hygienist for 19 years, 10 of them at Nye Avenue Dental.  

Sara and Dr. Olson have known each other since elementary school in Fremont! The Fremont community is blessed to have Sara and her family in town.  She and her family are sports enthusiasts!  In addition to watching their own children compete every season, from football, to soccer, to volleyball to wrestling, she and her husband Will have also closely followed her Dad and brother's coaching careers in Fremont, Wahoo, and Gretna.  

In her free time, you will find Sara serving Bergan and St. Pat's church, hosting friends with hospitality, and spending time with her family!

Ashley Tosaya

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ashley grew up in Broken Bow, NE. She and Dr. Olson attended UNMC College of Dentisty together and met through the Christian Medical/Dental Association while in school.  

Ashley joined Nye Avenue Dental three years ago, when her husband Jeremy's career as a collegiate soccer coach brought them back to the area.  They are always finding the next fun way to entertain their five year old son, from monster truck shows to pumpkin patches! 

Ashley enjoys, fitness, traveling, time with family, and of course watching soccer games!

Earlene Bedsole

Certified Dental Assistant

Earlene started her dental assisting career at Nye Avenue Dental as an intern while she was in dental assisting school.  She impressed us so much with her work ethic and knowledge that we never let her leave! She joined the practice after graduation 9 years ago, and we have been thankful for her ever since.  She recieved her official certification in 2016 after completing the Dental Assisting National Board Exam.

Earlene is originally from California, but has called Fremont home for the past twenty years. Her four children always keep her and her husband Chris running, and she wouldn't have it any other way.  

Earlene enjoys cooking, and is always ready to share a good recipe.  She is artistically talented and decorated our annual pumpkin last year that glows in the dark!  

Tiffany Siffring

Dental Assistant

Tiffany has been a cherished employee at Nye Avenue Dental for 26 years.  She is a top notch dental assistant, but her true title should be the "master of all trades".  She is able to fill any role in the dental office with confidence, a genuine smile and ease.  Tiffany is a quick learner and natural leader.  We all turn to her when there is a problem that needs to be solved, dental or otherwise!  

Tiffany lives in Arlington with her husband Jeremy.  They are finding themselves on the road more, as it's now a town or state away to visit one of their 2 children.  You will also see them both working at the family business, Siffring Landscaping.

Tiffany is a natural leader when it comes to a good conversation.  She is quick to listen and always has a caring or sarcastic comment to lighten the mood.  She loves a good book, yoga, and a great workout. 

Carla Walters

Dental Assistant

Carla began her career at Nye Avenue Dental 14 years ago as a Dental Assistant. Carla strives to make all
of our patients to feel comfortable and put them at ease for the procedures she assists with.

Carla is a Fremont native! She has two young adult daughters. Both are following in their mothers’
footsteps in the medical field. Her oldest daughter is a sterilization tech and attending college. Her
youngest is a first-year dental hygiene student at UNMC in Lincoln.

Carla is very family oriented. Coming from a large family she spends a lot of time going to all the fun
events life brings with that. She loves spending time with her daughters and friends, watching or
attending Husker football games and is a huge fan of country music.

Deb Siffring

Scheduling Coordinator

Deb is the face everyone sees first at Nye Avenue Dental! She is the warm smile at the front door, greeting you and remembering to ask about your most recent family vacation, graduation, grandchildren or other major life milestone.  She remembers because she genuinely cares about the people we serve and their personal stories.  She is the voice of concern over the phone and the one to remind you that you need another dental appointment.  She is good at keeping us all on track!  Deb has been in the dental profession for over 30 years, nearly all of them with Nye Avenue Dental!  

She wears many hats, as she and her husband, Jim own Siffring Landscaping in Fremont.  They do a fabulous job of keeping Fremont beautiful with their plants and landscaping expertise.Together, they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren! 

Deb finds time with family a priority.  She travels to St. Louis and Kansas City to stay active in her grandchildrens' lives, making sure to be at every Christmas program and birthday party.  She has the natural ability to draw people together and will make you feel like a lifetime friend the moment you meet her.  

Anna Saeger

Financial Coordinator

Anna has been the Financial Coordinator for our office for 5 years. She brings a valuable knowledge of
insurance and makes all our patients a priority!

Anna is a Fremont native. She has grown up in this dental office and is very familiar and comfortable in it
as she is one of Dr. Saeger’s daughters and has spent a lot of time here throughout the years. Family is
important to her, and she loves to spend time with all her nieces and nephews.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside, gardening and growing her indoor plant collection. She also
loves to try new recipes to cook and going to Husker Football Games. She loves animals and has a cat
named Zeus who is 13.
